- Specification:
RLA
The value for money deflection unit range from RAYLASE. The RLA series provides you with reliable and efficient deflection units at competitive prices without cutting corners on quality. The RLA series is available with 10, 15 and 20 mm apertures ideal for use with Nd:YAG and CO2 lasers. The RLAs are true "workhorses” in marking and scribing and represent a highly economical investment. If price is critical then the RLA laser scan heads are just what you need!SUPERSCAN
SUPERSCAN
The SUPERSCAN series combines minimum drift performance with top speeds. This combination makes it a true champion among deflection units. The blend of tiny spot diameter and high processing speeds opens up new perspectives in processing materials. The SUPERSCAN series is ideal for processing on the fly, for stereolithography and rapid tooling as well as 3D applications. Also perfect for cutting applications and for deep engraving in mould making. Invest in a SUPERSCAN and maximise your profit.
- Application:
The RAYLASE 2-axis deflection unit can be used to deflect a laser beam in X and Y directions. This produces a two-dimensional area allowing a laser to be directed at any position. This area is known as the "marking field” as is shown in the diagram. Deflection is performed by two mirrors, each of which is moved by a galvanometer scanner. The deflection unit has a beam input, into which the laser beam is fed, and a beam output, through which a laser beam is emitted from the unit after deflection. Only compatible lasers can be fed into the beam input. Depending on the laser version, the beam output is either open or fitted with an F-Theta lens or protection window.
